How to Turn On 2FA for Packet

Packet allows 2FA using either a smartphone app or SMS (text message); whatever your preference.

1. Log in to the customer portal at

2. Click the “Settings” link in the lower left-hand corner.

3. Click the “Security” tab.

From there, you’ll be given instructions to either setup two-factor authentication using an app on your smartphone or using SMS, whatever your preference!
