How to Turn On 2FA for Vanguard

The security of your accounts and personal information is paramount at Vanguard. That's why they're offering a new optional logon feature that sends a security code to your cell phone. Clients with individual accounts or accounts in employer-sponsored plans are eligible to enroll in this service on

1. Log-on to your account and option will appear OR go to “My Accounts>>Account Maintenance>>Security Profile>>Security Code.”

2. Click Sign-UP.

3. Agree to Terms & Conditions.

4. Enter your phone number.

5. Verify your phone number.

6. Select when you receive a security code.
