Los Angeles, April 18, 2012- TeleSign, a market leader in Internet fraud prevention and Intelligent Authentication, today announced the appointment of Matthew Hardy, as Chief Financial Officer. Hardy brings over fifteen years of financial expertise in both the technology and financial sectors with a specific focus on SaaS. He will oversee all of TeleSign’s fiscal initiatives, positioning the company for continued success and growth.

Hardy most recently served as CFO of LiveOffice, a global leader in cloud-based email archiving and email compliance solutions. During his tenure, the company grew rapidly, culminating in the sale of LiveOffice to Symantec. Prior to LiveOffice, he spent seven years with Digital Insight (an Intuit Company), a leading SaaS provider of financial software for banks and credit unions. The company’s market capitalization increased substantially leading to the successful sale to Intuit in 2007 for more than $1.3 billion. Prior to joining Digital Insight, Hardy worked in investment banking for Credit Suisse.
