TeleSign Further Strengthens Management Team; Appoints Max Powers as Vice President, Client Services

Los Angeles, Calif. – Jan. 31, 2012TeleSign, a market leader in Internet fraud prevention and Intelligent Authentication, today announced the addition of Max Powers, as Vice President, Client Services. Powers brings her extensive background and experience to the management team where she is developing the strategic objectives required to ensure outstanding service for TeleSign’s growing client and partner roster.

Powers has an extensive background in operations and client services across several verticals, having most recently served as the GM of the Education Division for Vantage Media, where she was also responsible for building the Client Development team as its Vice President. Prior to Vantage, Powers was at Microsoft where she was responsible for running Technical Account Management and Client Support for Exchange Hosted Services’ email security and archiving solutions. Powers came to Microsoft through the acquisition of FrontBridge Technologies Inc., where she was responsible for building the Technical Account Management Team, supporting both strategic clients and partners worldwide.

Under the leadership of Powers, the Client Services team will ensure that clients and partners have the products, tools and support to meet their access management and fraud prevention goals. Leveraging internal expertise, the Client Services team will provide a consultative approach around integration of the services, sharing industry best practices and ensuring clients are up to speed on the latest fraud risks. Powers will also expand the team globally to cover 24/7/365 technical support and further establish dedicated technical account managers for enterprise clients and partners.
