Website users occassionally enter their phone numbers incorrectly. This usually happens with international phone numbers, where there can be confusion over whether to enter a leading zero before a phone number. In many cases, TeleSign's phone number cleansing system will automatically correct the phone number and dial the properly-formatted number. This correction occurs in the backend; you do not need to do anything to activate this feature.
