Max Powers — avid kickboxer, proud bulldog enthusiast, and client maven — brings decades of knowledge and expertise leading Client Services for international technology companies. Directing TeleSign’s Client Services Team, Powers brings her extensive background and experience to the management team where she is developing the strategic objectives required to ensure outstanding service for TeleSign’s growing client and partner roster.
Over the past ten years, Powers has led Client Services at fast moving start-ups and Fortune 500 enterprises, focusing on expediting global expansion of Client Services, directing product integration, and implementing client support strategies.
Powers has an extensive background in operations and client services across several verticals, having most recently served as the GM of the Education Division for Vantage Media, where she was also responsible for building the Client Development team as its Vice President.
Prior to Vantage Media, Powers was at Microsoft where she was responsible for running Technical Account Management and Client Support for Exchange Hosted Services’ email security and archiving solutions.Powers came to Microsoft through the acquisition of FrontBridge Technologies Inc., where she was responsible for building the Technical Account Management Team, supporting both strategic clients and partners worldwide.
Max is a graduate of University of Kentucky where she was on a four-year athletic scholarship (GO CATS!) and attended graduate school at Fairfield University, Connecticut.
