  • Senior Software Engineer

    The Senior Software Engineer needs strong design/development chops! You should expect to have fun researching and applying new technologies to next generation systems. We want "web scale" so be prepared to offer solutions to help us build highly available and scalable systems. As a lead you will need to work with and mentor a small team of world class developers. As a fast paced technology company we all must be comfortable wearing multiple hats during crunch time.

  • QA Engineer

    The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform active automated test creation and execution as well as performance test creation and execution. You must be able to master complex business process flow and design and execute robust and dependable testware for our applications. Able to initiate ‘white box’ testing projects against Python and .Net applications.

  • Program Manager

    The Program Management team is the “glue” between the business and technology teams. The TeleSign Program Manager is a hands-on PM role, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, build plans, and drive products to completion.

  • Inside Sales Representative

    If hired, the candidate would be responsible for driving new account acquisition of mid-market and SMB customers in all non-EMEA WW regions (Americas & Asia) targeting specific vertical markets. Compensation will include a base salary and bonus structure for closing new business. Travel is not typically required, though, considered based on need and performance against targets.

  • Business Development Associate

    If hired, the candidate would be responsible for lead qualification and opportunity generation globally. Compensation will include a base salary plus a bonus structure for finding and qualifying leads to the opportunity stage of the sales process. Travel is not typically required, though, considered based on need and consistent attainment of objectives.

  • Corporate Recruiter

    The Corporate Recruiter will provide the highest level of staffing services to TeleSign Corporation leaders and associates. This position will deliver high quality professional and executive-level candidates across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer. A wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

  • Senior Network Administrator

    A Senior Network Administrator is responsible for taking ownership over the day-to-day operations of TeleSign’s networking infrastructure ensuring proper functioning, upgrades, monitoring and security. Facilities to be supported include TeleSign’s corporate offices and several collocation facilities. In this role, the Senior Network Administrator will be required to exercise strategy, discretion and judgment in designing, building and supporting computer facilities and communication networks. Additionally, this role will require Linux system administration experience and involvement to work together with System Administration team accomplishing the various tasks as they arise.

  • Intellectual Property Analyst and Patent Agent

    The intellectual property analyst will work with the VP Business Development on executing the companywide intellectual property strategy and overall portfolio management. This involves partnering with the product organization team to file patent applications on new technologies, manage existing applications and outstanding office actions, and manage issued patents and licenses portfolio.

  • Channel Manager

    If hired, the candidate would be responsible for building the partner channel for TeleSign. Compensation will include a base salary and performance based bonus. 50% travel.

  • Enterprise Sales Executive

    If hired, the candidate will be responsible for driving new account acquisition and upsell of existing Enterprise customers. Compensation will include a base salary and bonus structure for closing new business. Travel not expected to exceed 50%.

  • Technical Account Manager, Client Services

    The Client Services, Technical Account Manager position is responsible for account management activity of TeleSign’s Small and Medium clients (SMB), including managing the pre-sales service delivery engagement all the way through deployment of the services. Additional Account Management responsibilities include building relationships with the clients, checking in quarterly, and identifying additional use cases for potential up-sell of additional TeleSign services.
