  • Network Engineer

    The Network Engineer is responsible for taking ownership over the day-to-day operations of TeleSign’s networking infrastructure ensuring proper functioning, upgrades, monitoring and security. Facilities to be supported include TeleSign’s corporate offices and several collocation facilities. In this role, the Network Engineer will be required to exercise strategy, discretion and judgment in designing, building and supporting computer facilities and communication networks. Additionally, this role will require Linux system administration experience and involvement to work together with System Administration team accomplishing the various tasks as they arise.

  • Senior Software Engineer

    The Senior Software Engineer needs strong design/development chops! You should expect to have fun researching and applying new technologies to next generation systems. We want "web scale" so be prepared to offer solutions to help us build highly available and scalable systems. As a lead you will need to work with and mentor a small team of world class developers. As a fast paced technology company we all must be comfortable wearing multiple hats during crunch time.

  • Operations Project Manager

    The Operations Project Manager position is responsible for insuring Operations deliverables are completed in a fashion consistent with expectations of other TeleSign organizations expectations and Operations projects are planned, assigned and executed to meet the business need. The Operations Project Manager will be the hub of communications with TeleSign’s Development Product Management and Client Services organization. The individual will be responsible for insuring the Operations staff is scheduled effectively and efficiently to meet needs of the business and also insure task assignment’s foster cross training and a balance of complexity and challenge for operational staff members. The Operations Project Manager will insure that critical tasks related to action items are addressed and impact to scheduled activities are documented and schedules adjusted accordingly. The Operations Project Manager will be key contributor to the development, evolution and measurement of Operational KPIs and dashboard.

  • Linux Systems Administrator

    We are building a virtualized, distributed, voice application and processing platform using a mixture of Asterisk, Linux, Apache, Windows .NET and IIS7 backed by a world-class datacenter utilizing Cisco network hardware and load balancers. We are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator responsible for providing technical leadership and support to the Linux and Asterisk infrastructure. The team environment is extremely innovative, intellectually challenging and very dynamic. You will need advanced research, troubleshooting, and people skills; the ability to work collaboratively; strong analytical skills; a great work ethic; and a drive to succeed.

  • Telco Analyst

    The Telco Analyst in our Network Operations Department. The analyst would have strong VB.net, SQL, and reporting skills and be responsible for building and tracking key quality metrics for our User Verification and Authentication business. The analysts would compute, collect and analyze key parameters using various quantitative as well as statistical tools. This individual will closely work with Telecom and SMS Vendor and develop and manage an optimal routing strategy to provide high quality experience to our user. The Analyst would contribute to continuous process improvements around vendor selection & on-boarding and margin improvement.

  • QA Engineer

    The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform active automated test creation and execution as well as performance test creation and execution. You must be able to master complex business process flow and design and execute robust and dependable testware for our applications. Able to initiate ‘white box’ testing projects against Python and .Net applications.

  • Intellectual Property Analyst and Patent Agent

    The intellectual property analyst will work with the VP Business Development on executing the companywide intellectual property strategy and overall portfolio management. This involves partnering with the product organization team and outside counsel to file patent applications on new technologies, manage existing applications and outstanding office actions, and manage issued patents and licenses portfolio.

  • Channel Manager

    If hired, the candidate would be responsible for building the partner channel for TeleSign. Compensation will include a base salary and performance based bonus. 50% travel.

  • Enterprise Sales Executive

    If hired, the Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new account acquisition and upsell of existing Enterprise customers. Compensation will include a base salary and bonus structure for closing new business. Travel not expected to exceed 50%.

  • Finance Manager

    The Finance Manager will shape the future of the business by working closely with the group's business leaders to formulate and analyze strategies for growth and profitability. You'll have the chance to partner with engineering, marketing and operations across TeleSign and TeleSign’s International subsidiaries with considerable exposure to the leadership teams. You'll have substantial impact on the evolution of the TeleSign business model and will be responsible for the analytics and modeling of new products and pricing structures. You will also be responsible for establishing economic frameworks to evaluate partnerships and opportunities.

  • Knowledge Engineer

    The Knowledge engineer will review fraud patterns through data mining and complete behavioral analysis in order to provide insight into fraud behavior and recommend predictive actions. You will be in charge of blocking fraudster and keeping TeleSign up to date on new trends.

  • Partner Marketing Manager

    The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding a partner’s business needs as well as the needs of its prospects and customers in order to develop messaging, offers, and tactics that allow us to successfully convert the audiences to clients. Along with campaign development, this manager will also be responsible for its implementation and providing regular reporting on the marketing and sales metrics needed to reflect the business results of their activities. We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who can independently drive and manage the business requirements and marketing programs of the partner relationships for the purpose of generating new accounts.

  • Sales Engineer

    The role of the Sales Engineer is to drive revenue by providing technical sales leadership during the pre-sales and post contract integration phases of the customer lifecycle and drive the highest levels of credibility and integrity with customers. The position requires the ability to execute solution demonstrations that map to a specific customer’s proposed use case(s), architect and implement customer-specific technical flows and user interface suggestions, drive conditions of satisfaction in evaluation pilots and provide deep consultation on how best to implement and deploy the TeleSign offerings specific to the customer environment. Strong problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.
