Sr. Service Delivery Manager

The Sr. Service Delivery Manager will join TeleSign to begin more formally building a US Short Code Management practice. TeleSign short codes are currently managed via numerous functional groups internally. The Sr. Service Delivery Manager will be the owner of short code acquisition, implementation, registration, program updates, etc. for the TeleSign business. This person will join TeleSign to begin formally building out the practice, including but not limited to, implementing a standard process and documentation for registration of short codes in the US for strategic customers & partners, as well as various product and service SMS traffic streams as required by the business. The role also includes managing the general day to day with US and Canadian providers, determining the appropriate processes and tools required to execute and track, and hiring in a team to manage the day to day over time. This role may expand to working on global SenderID acquisition, including short code & long codes in the second part of the year once the US practice is more formally established.

This individual will work to support our production and quality assurance instances of our MS SQL Server and MongoDB database environments. The position is responsible for the availability of our key DBs for our service delivery and insuring our data is backed up and protected.
