The Government I work for wanted to keep online criminals looking for information on court cases off of our website. Several times some of our classified material was compromised. This serious issue caused major problems for our judicial system and prosecuting district attorney. The problem was a hacker stole the user name and password of one of our governmental workers. Knowing that this was simply not enough to keep our records safe we had to find another way. I discovered other local governments rely a token-based two-factor authentication program with hardware. This system didn’t seem to be a right fit for us and I keep searching for a solution. I then discovered TeleSign and their SMS Identification program. They use a similar program to the token based, but for a minimal cost. TeleSign integrated their program immediately over the Internet with no wait for hardware. When our employees sign in, each time they are sent a pin # through their telephone with TeleSign’s Phone Identification program, and then use that pin # to access the site. Since we have activated TeleSign’s SMS Identification program our sensitive information has remained classified and secure. Our worry of online criminals has virtually disappeared thanks to TeleSign and their SMS Identification program. TeleSign provides solid protection of our online material, and I suggest them to any Government out there. There is no better solution!!! Watch this video I found!
