Another day, another article about a new case of data theft. The article exposes Comcast for their usernames and passwords appearing online, fully exposed, for more than two months. TeleSign’s Two Factor solution would make it irrelevant if usernames and passwords were stolen. However, if a fraudster also found a way to steal your cell phone, things may get dicey. The lesson is, always implement Two Factor Authentication, especially if their is sensitive information…and always keep an eye on your cell phone.
